We are completely dedicated to the safe, legal and professional use of explosive materials as we wish to advance the profession and skill level of those in the explosives industry.  Our goal is to make you and your crew safer and more efficient blasters!

Blaster Boot Camp

Two-day Commercial Explosives &

Blasting Training Program

 

One-day classroom and one-day live fire blasting in the field.  Training location is at our facility in Lake Havasu City, Arizona or possibly at your approved location. 

​

In two days of training, students will learn the following:

​

• ATF regulation including licensing, storage and transportation

• Explosive material types, forms and classifications

• Safety and security including how to comply with MSHA and OSHA

• What explosive products are available and how to select per job

• How to understand the different types of blasting caps and how to select per job

• Learn explosives drilling and blasting basics

• How to correctly select and tie in and blast multiple shot patterns

• Best techniques for: hard rock, boulders, steel, logs, as well as dirt removal

• Critical leadership and teamwork skills

• We will help you get to work, or your ATF License

 

  The cost of training is $1,250 per student and includes:  

•  Classroom and field blasting

•  Use of PPE Safety and protective hardhats, glasses and hearing protection

• Explosives & Blasting textbook (a $27.95 value)

• Frameable certification for 16 hours of training

• American Explosives Group Star Velcro tactical patch and sticker

• Welcome to attend future classes at no additional cost

• A safe, secure and enjoyable learning environment with multiple instructors

Class Room VEgas!

One-day Commercial Explosives &

Blasting Training Program Live or on Zoom

 

​This one day class covers the material from Blaster Bootcamp without the live fire blasting.

 

The cost of training is $500 per student live or on Zoom and includes:  ​​

• Explosives & Blasting textbook (a $27.95 value)

• Frameable certification for 8 hours of training

• American Explosives Group Star Velcro tactical patch and sticker

• Welcome to attend future non-blasting classes at no additional cost

• If you want to continue your training, join the two-day Blaster Bootcamp for $750,

       this would provide a total of 24 hours of training.
